CORRUPTION // BEASTHOOD
LOW - MID LEVELS
PHYSICAL: Clammy skin. Sickly/gaunt appearance. Elongated nails. Blackened skin on hands, starting from fingertips and spreading down as Corruption level rises. Prominent fade-rift green veins under the skin that glow/illuminate skin slightly, growing more prominent as Corruption levels rise. Prominent, elongated, rodent-like teeth.
MENTAL: Prone to fits of melancholy. Confusion. Violent tendencies. Indifference towards violence towards others. Unintentional self-harm in form of scratching at self with elongated nails.

MID - HIGH LEVELS
PHYSICAL: As above, with additionally: Completely white/clouded eyes. Completely blacked hands and claw-like hands. Greying skin, almost corpse-like. Frame is taller, more skeletal and emaciated in appearance. Skin on face/jaw is torn, revealing extra rodent-like teeth. Additional teeth break through skin as high as cheekbones. Jaw dislocation/snake-like jaw capabilities.
MENTAL: Extremely melancholic/despondent, which easily rouses to anger. Predisposition to violence. Unkind/callous in nature.
SPIRIT: His Spirit abilities remain, but instead of comforting others of their hurts/pain, he is able to manipulate and manipulate fear/pain/despair in others. He preys upon and feeds off that fear/pain/despair in others — grows more powerful/more corrupt with. This may push others into deep depressions/suicidal thoughts. They may feel heavily compelled to self-harm or even take their own life.

BEASTHOOD
Cole's Beastform is what would happen should he be twisted into a demon: a Despair Demon.
A bipedal creature that stands about 8ft in height. Emaciated in form but its skin is grey and loose, dressed in tattered hooded robes. There's something almost rodent-like about the demon: small eyes, rows of rodent-like teeth. Its hands and feet are large, and deformed.
It prefers to attack from a distance magical ice-based attacked, and will dash away from melee attackers. They are weak to fire. Being around this demon will cause feelings of nigh-debilitating despair and it will feed off that despair to fuel itself. It actively seeks to draw sorrow and pain out. Said despair will drive those caught under its influence to extreme behaviours: pushing others into deeply suicidal thoughts, or sorrowful rages that they'll lash out at even the ones they love most. They will likely self-harm or even be driven to suicide the longer they spend around this presence.
